Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also not be personalized. If the product has been personalized we can not allow a return.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that have been personalized.
We ask that our customers carefully review the details of their orders before purchase and we wait 24hrs before pulling orders for production to allow for changes to an order. However, once an order is in production we can not guarantee changes and/or refunds for that order.

Lead times may vary from product to product, but as a general rule most products will take 5 to 10 business days from order completion to shipment. Due to high order volumes, custom patch hats currently take 4-6 weeks.
At Holtz Leather Co. we value protecting your personal information. Our website is hosted behind a secure firewall to protect against outside attempt to access information. We also use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card information when you purchase products through our Website. After your payment is processed, we do not transfer or store your credit card information.

We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.
We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing errors or
product defects. Upon receipt, please review your order and notify us of any quality issues. If notified within 30 days of receipt of your order, we will issue a prompt exchange for the same item, or a full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

We cannot guarantee the ability to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as we begin production shortly after receiving your order.
NOTE: Holtz Leather Co. reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.

While your glove is in our care, we will treat it as our honored guest. We have put a great deal of thought into every detail of the process to ensure your glove is protected. If your glove should be damaged, stolen, or lost while in our care, we will refund your order and send you a complimentary Babe Ruth Collection Wallet.
Will I get my glove back?
During the crafting process, we procure portions of your glove to incorporate into the item(s) you ordered. You will get your glove back in a completely new way. Outside of those pieces used in crafting your item(s) we do not return any additional pieces from your glove.
We offer the additional Squeeze Play items if you want the opportunity to use as much of your glove as possible.
